Owners, not traders

Tyuk Generations Ltd works across two registered activities: buying and selling of own real estate (SIC 68100) and other letting and operating of own or leased real estate (SIC 68209), with its registered office at Paul Street in London EC2A.

Everything we deal in is our own. We buy on our own account, we let what we own or lease, and on the occasions when we sell, we sell as the owner. We are not an estate agent and not a letting agent: we do not market, sell or let property on behalf of anybody else, and no agency relationship arises between us and a third-party owner.

The name is not decoration. Buildings held for a long time get treated differently from buildings held for a quick turn: maintenance is planned rather than deferred, refurbishment is done properly rather than cosmetically, and a good tenant who looks after a place is worth more than a marginally higher rent.
